STORE HOURS:
MON TO SAT: 10:00 AM TO 7:00 PM, SUN 11:00 AM TO 6:00 PM

As the health and welfare of our staff, our customers and pets are our primary concern, increased sanitation procedures are now in effect:

• Please follow social distancing guidelines and maintain a 6 feet distance. Also, no more than 10 customers will be allowed in the store at one time.
• Customers will be required to wear masks at all times, when in the store premises.

APPOINTMENTS:
Puppies are available to go home BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please call (203) 901-1003 or email us at newhaven@safaristanspetcenter.com to set up an appointment.

An appointment does not guarantee that a puppy will be available when you come. The best way to secure a puppy is by placing a deposit when guarantees that the puppy will be held for you. If you do not place a deposit for a puppy, please reconfirm your appointment by calling at least one hour prior to your appointment time and to check on the status of the puppy.

Safari Stan’s Pet Center cannot be held responsible if a puppy is not available when you come without confirming your appointment or the puppy’s availability.

• Curbside Pickup: You can call in your order (203-901-1003) and pay by phone or when you arrive. (Please note your pickup time and the type of car you drive when you place your order).

• Local Delivery: Limited home delivery to local neighbors. (DELIVERY FEE: $5.00)

VIRTUAL SERVICE OFFERING:

• AirVet: You can chat or video call with the Orange Veterinary Hospital. Download the app on your smartphone from the Apple Store or Google Store.
